Coordinators

The wedding coordinator pulls all of your decisions together.

  • The coordinator's responsibilities begin approximately 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding.
  • The client provides all the detailed information pertaining to the wedding day.
  • The wedding coordinator reviews contacts, communicates with your hired wedding pros, and regularly contacts clients for updates and changes.
  • The coordinators focus on your plans and do not make any decisions, but will make suggestions if needed.

Month of Coordination    

6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding day. Your coordinator will be with you every step of the way.

We will meet with you to review your contracts, find out who the wedding pros are, and discuss your wedding expectations.

We will review your contracts, attend all scheduled meetings, and communicate with all hired wedding pros. We will also create a digital timeline that you approve, and all of the pros will receive it. Our way of making sure everyone is working together for a seamless event. The wedding weekend starts with rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
