- The coordinator's responsibilities begin approximately 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding.
- The client provides all the detailed information pertaining to the wedding day.
- The wedding coordinator reviews contacts, communicates with your hired wedding pros, and regularly contacts clients for updates and changes.
- The coordinators focus on your plans and do not make any decisions, but will make suggestions if needed.
