After onboarding your coordinator will provide information on the the vetted pro vendor list and in a few days you will receive a dated wedding checklist. Your coordinator is available to answer your questions and attend wedding related meetings.

6 - 8 weeks prior to the wedding day, your coordinator will be your venue and vendors "point of contact". The coordinator will review contracts, attend vendor meetings, visits the venue to clearly see your vision, and more. From fittings to tastings your coordinator will understand exactly what your vision is and what your expectations are.

As your wedding planner Unforgettable Memories provides unlimited contact via calls, emails or virtually. It's our mission from your vision to vows is to execute each detail to ensure your day is going to be fantastic. We suggest wedding pros who have been vetted by Unforgettable Memories for there quality, price, reputation and reliability. We review all proposals and contracts, schedule and attend meetings, and make suggestions. While making sure your selections stay within budget and so much more. This full service package also includes, our "Petite Design" package. On our newest software we create a digital 3D look of the venue and you can make suggestions or changes. From start to finish, your planner will be your vendor point of contact; in communicating with the hired pros, venue and you. Also, a detailed timeline will be created for your review and distributed to the venue, vendors, wedding party and you.
