The Day of coordinator pulls all of your decisions together. The coordinator's responsibilities begin approximately 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding.

• We will meet with you. discuss your vision and expectations. 
• The wedding coordinator reviews contacts, communicates with your hired wedding pros, and regularly contacts clients for updates and changes.
• The coordinator's focus is on your plans and we don't make any decisions, but will make suggestions if needed. From start to finish we are there to ensure a seamless and worry free event.
