Weddings are not just events, their a mosaic of dreams and meticulous planning.

After onboarding, your planner we will curate your wedding dream team by using vetted, wedding professionals. Your planner will provide unlimited contact via emails and weekly check-ins and I will provide a wedding planning checklist. This also includes scheduling meetings, tastings, selecting entertainment, and reviewing proposals and contracts. There will be a timeline itinerary created for you, and after your approval, it will be distributed to all vendors, your wedding party, and your family. 

Kimberly Long, certified wedding planner is also responsible for the rehearsal/wedding day set-up, cocktail hour, and reception set-up. Along with ensuring all of your decisions are taken care of. After the reception formalities are complete, Unforgettable Memories will exit your event, unless we have discussed adding and additional package for your grand exit and Supervising the clean up.
