Service begins 8 weeks prior to your wedding day. The Coordinator will provide a wedding planning checklist and create a personalized detailed Timeline. The coordinator will check in with the couple monthly and the couple will have unlimited access to their coordinator (to answer any wedding related questions).

The Coordinator will provide a list of vetted approved vendors, based on quality, reputation, and reliability. The coordinator will provide up to 7 coordinator/client (1 hour) meetings and up to 8 coordinator/client/vendor (1 hour) meetings in-person or virtually. The coordinator will attend meetings with the following vendors, (Venue, DJ/Band/Photographer/Videographer/Caterer/Baker/Transportation and Florist), in-person or virtually. This package includes the coordinator scheduling 2 (1hour) Design Meetings (Design consultation/Client) to discuss your vision and color palettes. The next meeting will be to discuss lighting, floral decor, linen and rental options. 

The coordinator will review the proposals, and contracts from each wedding pro and the Coordinator will be the “Single point of contact” beginning 8 weeks prior to the wedding day.

Rehearsal/Ceremony/Cocktail hour/Reception

The coordinator will be responsible for a 1 hour rehearsal, walk through of the wedding day and distribution of the detailed timeline. The coordinators will arrive up to 2 hours prior to the ceremony to ensure of the vendor arrivals, placement of ceremony items, the photographers/videographers are in place, the music is cued, wedding party and the Bride is ready. The coordinator/wedding assistant will be present (up to 6.5) hours during the cocktail hour and reception. The coordinator will ensure guests are seated to welcome the couple’s - Grand Entrance. 

The coordinator will be responsible the couples - 1st Dance, Parents dances, Dinner, Toasts and Cake Cutting.
