A Coordinator package is the perfect choice for couples who want the freedom to select their own vendors, while still benefiting from a wedding professional to pull it all together.

We organize, schedule and serve as your wedding day "project manager" ensuring your special day unfolds exactly as you envisioned. 

Our responsibilities begin about 6–8 weeks before your wedding, giving us time to step in and help you feel fully prepared.

During your initial consultation and Onboarding meeting we will discuss your vision, your must-haves, expectations, budget and more. 

• The Coordinator will provide a list of preferred vendors.
• We provide up to 5 coordinator/client meetings. 
• 3 coordinator/client/vendor (1 hour) meetings.
• The coordinator will provide unlimited contact via email. 
•  We will also provide a wedding day checklist, and a detailed personalized Wedding day Timeline.
• Review your contracts to ensure dates, times and your expectations are met. 

Our role is to focus on the plans you’ve already made. We don’t make decisions for you, but we do offer suggestions when needed and handle the logistics so you can relax and enjoy your day.
